Vice President?!

• From 1 January 2001 only the Board Members, elected by the Congress, are allowed to use the title of "Vice President"
• Some Executive Committee Members, who are appointed by the Board of Directors, may use the title Vice Chairman.
• The Executive President informed, that he will elaborate a proposal for some amendments of the Statutes concerning the Executive Committee. A yearly rotation of Chairman of the Executive Committee and numbered Vice-Chairmen is advised. All Ex-Chairmen will be permanent members of the Advisory Board called "Chairmen's Council"
