A new IBSSA Department has been established in January 2015

IBSSA has launched its brand new department, the Diving Department under the chairmanship of Mr. Attila T. KUTAS - International Coordinator of IBSSA for Florida, who is also a Force-E Instructor, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and Emergency First Response (EFR) Instuctor.
