organised a spectacular Doctoral and Dr.h.c. Award Ceremony on the 19th February 2005 in Budapest / Hungary. On this particular occasion took place the award ceremony of PRO-DEO University as well, which institute is in close cooperation with the above-mentioned academies. This event was an excellent protocol organisation, thanks to Prof. George POPPER, GCKM â" President of IBSS and his staff. It was also an important demonstration of the flourishing cooperation between IBA â" IBSSA â" PRO-DEO and the Intl. Crime Prevention Institute. The award ceremony was made more colourful by the spectacular and professional karate demonstration of Shihan Attila MISKOLCZI â" Patronising Member of IBSSA and his team. The new doctors were awarded by Prof. George POPPER, GCKM â" President of IBSSA, Governor of the "Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Federation of Autonomous Priories", Prof. Rony KLUGER, KM â" Dean of International Budo Academy, General Secretary of IBSSA and Prof. Ferenc TĂ"TH, KM â" Dean of the International Crime Prevention Institute.
