Dr. Giacomo Spartaco BERTOLETTI, 1st
Vice President of IBSSA was invited in Athlima for the works of the Pankration
- Athlima, Olympic sport from 648 B.C. to 698 A.D. and recognized in 1999
by the Hellenic Olympic Committee, where he met Dr. Paul HÖGLUND,
Chairman of Quality Control Department of IBSSA, who was leaving for Osaka
(Japan) and Singapore to have some contacts also with Mr. Stephen CHEE,
Country Representative of IBSSA for Singapore and Member of Quality Control
Department.

The will of setting in motion the IBSSA was born from the meeting, after
that for long time Mr. Nick A. THEOPHILOPOULOS has been an unproductive
representative.

As a matter of fact some measures will be studied for

• Presenting officially the IBSSA in public, private and professional
  channels of security, with press conference with the presence of the
  Executive President, Prof. George POPPER and the General Secretary –
  Dr. Rony KLUGER.
• Demonstration from live of the concept of "IBSSA professional
  courses" with the international team that can give a precise interpretation
  of the high technical level achieved by IBSSA in the training and qualification
  of public and private cadres.
• From this first launch Mr. Nick A. THEOPHILOPOULOS will start a series
  of contacts in order to introduce us to the Olympic Games of 2004, also
  with IBSSA elements in the Olympic security cadres.

A fact is that from the general ultra-conservatism, nowadays important
doors in the modern Hellas. In the same time the Iranian delegation of
the Pankration Athlima Federation is very interested in examining "de
visu" the courses organized in

• Budapest (25th-29th September) and in
• Italy (in Milan, 4-5-6 October-2nd and 3rd level; in Potenza, 11-12-13
  
  October-1st and 2nd level)
