Report on the IBSSA awards and other recognitions in 2007

The following IBSSA members were awarded with the Merit of “Furtherance the Press-work”

  • Prof. George POPPER – President of IBSSA
  • Dr. Imre LÁSZLÓ – Honorary Member of IBSSA, Director of St. Imre Hospital

Both gentlemen were also recognised during their whole life as sports leader.

IBSSA Medal of Merit – Golden level was handed over to the following IBSSA members for their outstanding work and contributions toward the activities of our association in the fields of crime prevention, law enforcement, drug enforcement and also counter-terrorism

  • H.E. Dr. István ELEK – Consul General of Monaco in Hungary
  • Dr. István FODROS – Publisher and co-proprietor of Diplomata Magazine and Hekus Magazine
  • Dr. László CSEREKLEI, Colonel-General - Chief Commander of the National Guard
