Conference Objectives:

  • To share experience and best practices on sustainable programs of drug abuse prevention.
  • To give a new focus and to support the notion that “prevention works”.
  • To highlights NGOs achievements to reach at the set target started at the 1998 UNGASS.
  • To encourage NGOs involvement in the development of drug abuse prevention policy on national, regional and international level.
  • To understand and support the drug abuse prevention principles behind the 3 UN Drug Conventions.
