The twentieth session of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice - organised by UNODC (United Nations Office On Drugs and Crime) was held at the Vienna International Centre (VIC), Wagramer Strasse 5, 1220 Vienna, Austria between 11 - 15 April 2011.

The session opened on Monday, 11 April 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Boardroom (BR.B), first floor of the M-Building. The Committee of the Whole of the Commission began its work on Monday, 11 April 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in Room M1, first floor of the M-Building.

Prof. George POPPER - President of the IBSSA attended this significant event as a registered delegate, and as member of the IFNGO (International Federation of Non-Government Organisations) representation.
