Report from the Broward County Crime Stoppers event Florida, USA
The annual event of Broward County Crime Stoppers Country & Western 2011 was held on the 26th March 2011 at Green Glades Ranch, Florida / USA.
Mr. Attila KUTAS – International Coordinator of IBSSA for Florida and Ms. Nancy JONAS – member of the IPA German Section were invited guests to this significant event.
All the guests were greeted by Derek Hayward-M.C. WSVN-Channel 7 and by Stephen C. Greenberg – President of Broward County Crime Stoppers. Pledge of leagans by Frank A. D'Avanzo Jr – Vice President of Broward County Crime Stoppers. Later on singer Sara Turner sang the National Anthem and the Award Ceremony has started.

- Chirf John Brooks – Sunrise Police Department, Broward County Police Chief's President
- Sheriff Al Lamberti – Broward County Sheriff's office
- Robert Leider – Co-founder of Broward County Crime Stoppers and General Manager of WSVN
- Alan Winter – Broward County Crime Stoppers Event Chairman
- Carol Roe – Broward County Sheriff’s Office – Crime Stoppers Unit
- Gary Karp – Broward County Crime Stopper
- Lauren Book – Lauren’s Kids Founder, It’s OK to tell Autor, Broward County Crime Stoppers Board Member
After the Award Ceremony a Live Auction started, which had a very intense bidding for all the valuable items. The main goal of the entire event was to bring the Uniformed and Civilian organizations together in cooperation to fight and stop crime and terrorism.
Closing the event all guests enjoyed the country music and dancing.
