Diplomatic Magazine 12.2019 - Jubilee Security Conference in Malta

Celebrating its 25th Anniversary, the IBSSA (International Bodyguard and Security Services Association) held its Congress and the 7th “Partnership for Security” International Conference in Malta, at the prestigious Grand Hotel Excelsior, attended by 120 members from five continents, representing 40 international organisations and, for the first time, delegations from numerous African countries.
