Brief presentation of "ARTAN CENTER" LLC – one of the official IBSSA Training Centres


The ARTAN Training Centre – under the leadership of Mr. Andrii Lukashenko and Mr. Oleg Konchakivskyi, Head of "ARTAN CENTER" LLC – was appointed as Official Training Centre of IBSSA in Ukraine in 2020. Since then, trainings have been ongoing, although at present, the ARTAN TC team mainly takes part in military operations in defence of its homeland. 

In the spring of 2023, they organised trainings for security personnel under the programs Private Military Contractors and Firearms training. In addition, they work hard to conduct trainings according to the НEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) program, developed in accordance with international standards. This course is designed for employees of embassies, state and international companies, diplomatic institutions, public and volunteer organisations whose staff are in risk zones.

The scope of our company's activities includes the provision of armoured vehicles (class B6) rental services with drivers and security advisors, accompanying groups across

The ARTAN Training Centre offers all our members around the world the opportunity to cooperate in disseminating НEAT training. They can also provide escort and security services for missions and delegations of IBSSA members.
