Report on the PRO-DEO and IBA Award Ceremonies 19th February 2005, Budapest / Hungary

The official education institutes of IBSSA

• International Crime Prevention Institute and Academy

organised a spectacular Doctoral and Dr.h.c. Award Ceremony on the 19th February 2005 in Budapest / Hungary.

On this particular occasion took place the award ceremony of PRO-DEO University as well, which institute is in close cooperation with the above-mentioned academies.

This event was an excellent protocol organisation, thanks to Prof. George POPPER, GCKM – President of IBSS and his staff. It was also an important demonstration of the flourishing cooperation between IBA – IBSSA – PRO-DEO and the Intl. Crime Prevention Institute.

Nearly all IBA or PRO-DEO postulants are active members of IBSSA.

The award ceremony was made more colourful by the spectacular and professional karate demonstration of Shihan Attila MISKOLCZI – Patronising Member of IBSSA and his team.

The new doctors were awarded by Prof. George POPPER, GCKM – President of IBSSA, Governor of the "Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Federation of Autonomous Priories", Prof. Rony KLUGER, KM – Dean of International Budo Academy, General Secretary of IBSSA and Prof. Ferenc TÓTH, KM – Dean of the International Crime Prevention Institute.
